White Tea

White tea (白茶 bái chá) refers to tea that has been picked and dried with no further  processing. It's known for its gentle flavour, floral fragrance, low bitterness and little to no astringency, with a brewed liquid that ranges from pale yellow-gold to deep honey-red. Our collection offers Chinese white teas from Yunnan and Fujian, made in a number of different styles including White Peony (白牡丹 bái mǔdān), Silver Needles (银针 yín zhēn), and Shou Mei (寿眉 shòu méi).
