Oolong Tea

Oolong tea (乌龙茶 Wū Lóng Chá), meaning black or dark dragon tea, is a tea that is partially oxidised during processing, in-between a green and black tea. Oolong tea production often involves roasting and additional shaping steps, yielding a tea that is famous for its strong aromatic fragrance and complex flavours.
