Shipping Delays—Spring Tea in Yunnan

Shipping Delays—Spring Tea in Yunnan

It's that time of year again. We're about to head off to southern Yunnan to dive into the spring tea season. Once again, we'll be eating our weight in noodles, overdosing on xiao mi la (extremely spicy chilis), and drowning in more fresh maocha than anyone should ever have to drink in their lifetime.

As such, there will be extended shipping times on all orders placed from 25 March 2025 until 8 May 2025, due to reduced staff.

We'll aim to fulfil and ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please allow for an additional processing time of at least 3-4 business days. If there are additional unforeseen factors (such as extreme weather, postal carrier delays, high volume of orders) impacting on shipping times, we will provide notice of these as relevant on our website and through newsletter updates.
