White Tea
White tea (白茶 Bái Chá) is tea that has been picked and dried only, with no other processing. It typically has a soft flavour and fragrance, is low in bitterness and astringency, and has a liquid that ranges from pale yellow-gold to deep honey-red when brewed. Our collection includes Chinese white teas from Yunnan and Fujian, made in a number of different styles.
