USA Tariffs and Tea

USA Tariffs and Tea

We are currently shipping orders as normal to customers in the USA. According to the latest official information, the USA has applied a baseline 10% tariff on imports from Australia (which includes tea), but the de minimis exemption still applies, so orders below $800 USD are exempt.

Please note, we currently do not have access to any infrastructure to collect duties or tariffs at the point of checkout for our customers in the USA. At the moment, any tariffs are applicable to your order, they will be applied at the border and are the responsibility of the importing customer.

The country of origin of most of our products is Australia as they undergo processing, packaging and final transformation here. That being said, there is still little information or experiential reports about how the situation is playing out at US customs, so please keep in mind there is a level of risk when importing currently. We will update this page with more information as it becomes available, but for now, it's business as usual.

As always, don't hesitate to reach out to us via email if you have any questions or need help with your order.
