We've Moved & Other Store Updates

Happy Lunar New Year!

It's been an exceptionally busy few months for us and we've some exciting news to share.

We've temporarily moved out of 400 Victoria Street, North Melbourne VIC 3051 Australia as it undergoes renovations. Once complete, these renovations will allow us to offer physical retail and tea tasting experiences, along with a much improved fit-out to support our online store + back-of-house operations. At this stage, the works are estimated to conclude by late 2025 - early 2026, but how long is a piece of string?

For now, we've relocated to 45 John Street, Brunswick East VIC 3057 Australia where we'll continue to fulfil and dispatch online orders from. We'll be based at this new location full-time until the North Melbourne renovations are complete. Please note, our Brunswick East location is not a physical retail store, and as such is not currently open for in-person retail or walk-in tasting experiences.

In terms of what all of this means for you, we're happy to report we're back to business-as-usual for all online orders, but we've temporarily closed our click & collect / local pickup service while we settle into our new space. We're aiming to resume the click & collect service for local orders shortly, so stay tuned for further announcements via our newsletter, website, and social media.

As usual, if you have questions, feedback, or jokes/stories/etc to share, let us know in an email to info@kuura.co

Until the next update,

KUURA
