Introduction to Pu-erh Tea Tasting Session

Join us for a guided introduction to the very deep, very vast world of pu-erh tea.

During this educational tasting, we will brew and drink three different pu-erh teas, and cover all of the important information you need to pursue your tea journey further with confidence.

We will cover the following key topics, based on our years of experience on the ground and in the tea mountains:

• An overview of Yunnan and the pu-erh tea production areas
• How pu-erh tea is grown and processed
  
• The differences between raw and ripe pu-erh tea
  
• How pu-erh tea ages and the impact of storage
• Different methods for brewing pu-erh tea
• Tips for appreciation and purchasing pu-erh tea

The tasting will run for 1.5 hours, and each tea tasting session is limited to a maximum of 6 guests.
