White Tea

White tea（白茶 bái chá) is tea that has been picked and dried only, with no other processing. It typically has a soft flavour and fragrance, is low in bitterness and astringency, and the liquor can be anywhere from pale yellow-gold to deep honey red when brewed. Our collection includes Chinese white teas from Yunnan and Fujian in a number of different styles.
